PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Thanks to the support of the Antonio Campagnolo Foundation, the project "Developing Individual Potential in the Neurodiverse Classroom," in collaboration with SEM Italy, presented on May 6 in Bassano del Grappa, will begin in October 2025 and end in May 2026. It will involve schools of all levels in the Bassano del Grappa area, in the municipalities of Bassano del Grappa, Cartigliano, Cassola, Marostica, Colceresa, Mussolente, Nove, Pianezze, Pove del Grappa, Romano d'Ezzelino, Rosà, Rossano Veneto, Schiavon, Solagna, Tezze sul Brenta, and Valbrenta.

The Project includes two areas of intervention:

1. Free information and outreach meetings for families;
2. Free professional training courses for teachers and support teachers, psychologists, learning tutors, and counselors.

Basic Training Course (20 hours) for 400 students:

Kindergarten Teachers (for a maximum of 100 participants)

Primary School Teachers (for a maximum of 100 participants)

Middle School Teachers (for a maximum of 100 participants)

Secondary School Teachers (for a maximum of 100 participants)

Laboratory Activities (5 hours) for 90 students who attended the Basic Course:

Primary School Teachers (for a maximum of 30 participants);

Middle School Teachers (for a maximum of 30 participants);

Secondary School Teachers (for a maximum of 30 participants)

SEM Italy reserves the right to evaluate the suitability of individuals admitted to the Training Courses at its sole discretion and based on availability.

Participation in the Courses may eventually be extended to parents of doubly exceptional and gifted students no earlier than October 2025.
